Caption is licensed in France as an asset management company regulated by the AMF (Clint Capital) and by the ACPR. It operates a proprietary technology platform that supports private and professional investors, issuers, and distribution partners.
Mangopay is a leading payments enabler in Europe that reports over 430 million wallets created and 330 million users onboarded. It is well known for its support of platforms and marketplaces.
Caption enables companies to raise equity and bond capital and focuses on curated opportunities such as profitable SMEs, franchises, collectibles, and high-ticket investments. Beyond the investment marketplace, the Caption has expanded into B2B services, acting as a regulated infrastructure for asset managers, wealth advisors, and other professionals distributing investment products.
Caption reports that it has enabled over € 110 million raised through “curated club deals,” private equity and debt financings, supporting 25 to 30 companies each year.
