NoCFO Partners with Salt Edge to Enable Pay by Bank Solutions in Finland and Germany

NoCFO has integrated Salt Edge’s Pay by Bank solution, enabling entrepreneurs and founder-led companies to handle payments, invoice approvals, cash flow tracking, and bookkeeping entirely within its AI-native platform. The collaboration, which is live in Finland and ready for NoCFO’s 2026 entry into Germany, eliminates the need for users to switch to separate banking apps, creating a unified financial workflow.

Launched in 2023, NoCFO aims to address a common pain point: small businesses and solo founders who lack a dedicated finance team yet must manage complex accounting tasks daily.

By combining automation with an intuitive, consumer-grade interface, the platform transforms traditionally cumbersome processes into easier swipes and taps.

Its “swipe to approve” feature made invoice handling remarkably simple; the addition of Salt Edge’s payment initiation capabilities now closes the entire financial loop.

Users can now initiate secure bank transfers directly from within NoCFO, with real-time connectivity powered by Salt Edge’s PSD2-compliant infrastructure.

This covers more than 2,700 financial institutions across Europe, ensuring broad compatibility and regulatory adherence in both the Finnish and German markets.

The result is faster transaction processing, fewer errors, and significantly reduced administrative friction—freeing entrepreneurs to focus on growth rather than paperwork.

Virgiliu Bodrug, Pay by Bank Expert at Salt Edge, noted that embedding the solution allows NoCFO to complete the full financial administration cycle internally, maximizing automation and efficiency.

Currently serving around 3,000 active customers in Finland, NoCFO is timing its German launch for 2026, a market known for its vibrant startup ecosystem and strict data-protection standards.
