GoTyme Bank (formerly TymeBank) says it has now topped 12 million customers since its launch in 2019. GoTyme is a “phygital” challenger bank operating across multiple markets (Philippines, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Singapore). GoTyme leverages BPC’s services to provide banking and other Fintech services.
Customers can access services through various options, including the GoTyme Bank app, service kiosks, and a network of retail partners that support cash-in and cash-out transactions.

GoTyme Bank notes that it topped 50,000 customers within two months of launch, surpassing 1 million in its first year, 3.5 million by year two, and onboarding over 6 million by year three. The company touts itself as Africa’s first profitable digital bank in under five years.
