Accenture Announces Acquisition of Spain’s Keepler Data Tech

Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has reportedly acquired Keepler Data Tech, a Spanish cloud-native AI and data firm. The recent acquisition will now aim to further expand Accenture’s existing capabilities in order to assist clients across industries reinvent their key business processes with AI breakthroughs now grounded in reliable data foundations.

Established back in 2018, Keepler provides AI and data capabilities that cover the end-to-end value chain, from outlining a clear data strategy and developing cloud-native data foundations to launching analytics, gen AI and agentic AI that effectively embed intelligence into routine business processes.

With a “value-realization approach” that is being supported by modern data platforms and data readiness, Keepler reportedly focuses sharply on industrialized delivery, ethics, compliance and observability in order to optimize automation and related decision-making.

This type of model assists organizations with enhancing their data architecture, implement DataOps and MLOps and activate AI across the enterprise to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Over 240 Keepler professionals will now be joining the Accenture team.

The firm, with operations across Madrid, London and Lisbon, has a professional team that includes technical architects, data scientists, analysts and software developers.

They will now aim to further strengthen Accenture’s ability to scale AI for clients in Spain and other jurisdictions.

This acquisition is said to be a part of Accenture’s investments in AI to accelerate clients’ reinvention.

Keepler is the latest in a series of various other acquisitions meant at expanding Accenture’s AI stack, including Faculty; the Palantir consultancy Decho; Palantir certified partner RANGR Data; Salesforce AI consultancy NeuraFlash; and AI firm Halfspace.

Terms of the latest transaction—such as the acquisition of the stake held by private equity investment firm DTCP—have not yet been shared publicly.
