The Jenson SEIS Fund is now available for investment on Republic Europe.
The Fund touts that it has already booked 12 exits to date alongside over 10X multiple in 2023.
The Fund has backed approximately 165 startups with £32 million so far, with a portfolio value of over £362 million. The current investor roster is said to comprise over 1,000 individuals, with a 20% repeat rate.
As it is an SEIS (Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme)- approved fund, investors gain a valuable tax incentive to participate in the offering.
The Fund is sector agnostic, aiming to support strong teams in tech. In a typical year, the Fund commits funding to around 8 to 12 individual companies.
The offering on Republic Europe requires a minimum investment of £2000. The benefit of participating in the Fund is immediate diversification, which helps mitigate risk. The downside to the fund is that it has limited liquidity offerings.
While past returns have been solid, there is no guarantee that the same performance will take place going forward.
