Anchorage Digital, XFX to Offer FX

Anchorage Digital and XFX, an institutional foreign exchange (FX) and settlement provider, have partnered to offer round-the-clock global transfers using Anchorage’s Atlas platform.

The Miami-based XFX provides near instant settlement and targets high-volume users

XFX will use the Atlas settlement network, which is integrated with USD and stablecoin rails, replacing a model that required separate set ups for fiat and crypto activity. Anchorage Digital Bank N.A. will provide XFX with access to the US banking infrastructure.

XFX handles FX execution, liquidity routing, and downstream settlement and distribution, while clients onboarded to Anchorage Digital through XFX gain access to instant 24/7 transfers via the Atlas settlement network. This gives XFX seamless access to both USD and stablecoin operations, replacing the fragmented model where fiat and stablecoin activity required separate banking and crypto relationships.

Nathan McCauley, co-Founder and CEO of Anchorage Digital, says that institutions need capital efficient and fast cross border settlements. XFX’s participation extends those benefits to cross-border transfers
