JP Morgan is now using DTCC’s Central Trade Matching Platform (CTM), according to a public release. JPM is using the service for US-listed options, including commission reconciliation and post-trade processing.
DTCC says that CTM’s automated matching capabilities allow JPM to gain operational efficiency while mitigating risk. CTM is DTCC Institutional Trade Processing’s central matching service for domestic and cross-border trades across multiple asset classes. It has more than 6,000 clients in over 85 markets.
DTCC added the US listed options matching capability to CTM in 2023. Currently, 32 buy-side clients are live on CTM. Monthly matched volume for U.S. listed options in CTM is reportedly up 525% since July 2024.
