On October 27, 2026, OG.com and Crypto.com jointly announced the launch of regulated crypto perpetual contracts for eligible U.S. traders. The products are accessible through OG.com’s distribution network, covering retail customers on the Crypto.com App and institutional or advanced traders on the Crypto.com Exchange.
Crypto.com recently completed registration as an Introducing Broker with the National Futures Association to facilitate distribution of the contracts.
The offering centers on continuous, non-expiring perpetual futures that allow positions to remain open indefinitely, provided margin requirements are met.
Unlike traditional futures that settle on fixed dates, these instruments track cryptocurrency prices without a predetermined end date, enabling uninterrupted 24/7 trading across leading digital assets.
Traders can take long positions to benefit from rising prices or short positions to gain from declines, with leverage available up to five times the initial margin.
This structure is intended to improve capital efficiency by permitting larger notional exposure relative to collateral posted.
Risk management tools accompany the contracts.
Users can set take-profit and stop-loss orders before entering a trade to define exit levels in advance.
Isolated margin functionality confines collateral to individual positions, helping limit the impact of any single trade on the broader account.
The contracts operate within a CFTC-regulated framework: OG.com maintains a designated contract market, derivatives clearing organization, and futures commission merchant, linked to Crypto.com’s Introducing Broker status.
Interfaces are customized—simplified for retail users in the App and more advanced for professional participants on the Exchange—while remaining integrated into Crypto.com’s broader platform that already includes spot trading, prediction markets, and rewards programs.
Holders of spot cryptocurrency can therefore maintain long-term positions while using perpetuals to hedge short-term volatility without leaving the same environment.
Kris Marszalek, founder and CEO of both OG.com and Crypto.com, described the expansion as fulfilling a long-standing objective to deliver a comprehensive, secure, and accessible venue for modern markets.
He noted that the addition of regulated perpetuals supplies users with continuous liquidity, adjustable leverage, and built-in controls for hedging portfolios or responding to round-the-clock price movements, all within the application they already use daily.
The rollout marks a further step in the gradual opening of U.S. markets to crypto perpetual products following earlier Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) actions that cleared paths for similar instruments elsewhere.
Initial contracts reference major assets such as Bitcoin, Ether, Solana, and others including HYPE, Zcash, and Sei, with trading subject to eligibility criteria, jurisdictional limits, and applicable terms.
Collateral is restricted to U.S. dollar cash in the regulated setup, and positions remain subject to funding rates, liquidation rules, and ongoing risk monitoring by the regulated entities.
By combining perpetual-style exposure with federally supervised infrastructure and familiar Crypto.com interfaces, the launch expands onshore derivative choices for U.S. participants who previously relied on offshore venues for continuous leveraged crypto trading. Availability, specific parameters, and supported markets can be confirmed through the companies’ U.S. platforms.
