Hexindai (NASDAQ:HX), a China based peer to peer lender, announced on Monday the launch of its new nationwide Investor Education Seminar to introduce current and prospective investors to its business and educate them on its risk management systems, development strategy and insurance policies among other topics. While sharing details about the seminar,Ā Xinming Zhou, Chief Executive Officer of Hexindai, stated:

Founded in 2014, Hexindai is described as a fast-growing consumer lender that services the emerging middle class inĀ China. A typical borrower seeks between RMB20 ā 140,000 for personal uses such as home improvement, education or larger personal purchase. The typical duration of a loan is 3Ā years and isĀ paid in monthly installments of both Interest and principle. In three years, total loan originations have topped RMB 9.7 billion ($1.46 billion).
Hexindai added itĀ held its first two Investor Education Seminars inĀ ShenzhenĀ andĀ ShanghaiĀ inĀ January 2018Ā for current and prospective investors to attend. Hexindai will hold 24 seminars acrossĀ ChinaĀ throughout 2018.
