Online lender LoanTube (trading as Tiger Lion Financial Limited) says its credit marketplace is now available via ChatGPT.
Of note, LoanTube’s ratings on TrustPilo are pretty good.
According to a release, LoanTabe states that loan applications can be completed via chat in a “conversational interface.
As everyone knows, filling out a loan application is tedious, arcane, and laborious. LoanTube believes having a conversation with AI is a better way to streamline the loan application process. LoanTube GPT App is said to deliver personalised loans from FCA-regulated lenders. The service is also available on the LoanTube website.
Gurprit Singh Gujral, founder and CEO of LoanTube, says a large portion of the population views loan applications as overwhelming.
“A natural conversational flow removes that friction and gives people room to ask questions they might not feel comfortable asking elsewhere. What matters is guidance, not pressure,” said Gujral.
The company plans to target underserved customers, including those with little credit history.
Aymeric Monod-Gayraud, Co-Founder of LoanTube, believes that the shift towards conversational interfaces will redefine consumer finance.
LoanTube currently partners with over 50 lenders.
