Experian Focuses on AI Transformation via Expanded ServiceNow Partnership

Experian, the global data and technology firm, is significantly scaling its use of the ServiceNow AI Platform to accelerate enterprise-wide artificial intelligence initiatives. Announced recently this month, the move builds on Experian’s long-standing relationship with ServiceNow and aims to deliver more intelligent, automated experiences across its operations and for its clients.

As a strategic partner and established customer, Experian is deploying agentic AI workflows powered by the ServiceNow AI Platform.

These advanced systems enable the company to automate intelligence at scale, boost operational efficiency, and create AI-first experiences.

The goal is to help Experian’s clients shift from limited AI experiments to broad, organization-wide programs that produce lasting business results and faster decision-making.

A key element of the expansion involves unifying HR, IT, asset management, and risk functions within ServiceNow’s integrated system of action.

This connectivity improves employee experiences, strengthens oversight of third-party risks, and provides clearer visibility across the enterprise through linked workflows.

The ServiceNow AI Platform itself is designed to move beyond isolated tools toward comprehensive operational intelligence.

Its autonomous workflows continuously learn from operational data, becoming more effective with each interaction.

Importantly, every decision—whether by a person or an AI agent—remains informed, governed, and fully auditable.

This structure gives organizations the confidence to expand AI use while maintaining compliance and control.

This deeper deployment forms part of a wider collaboration between the two companies focused on helping global organizations put AI into practical, large-scale use.

By natively integrating Experian’s Ascend Platform with the ServiceNow AI Platform, businesses can bring Experian’s trusted data, insights, and decisioning capabilities directly into everyday ServiceNow workflows.

As a result, autonomous AI agents can operate more quickly and consistently. Initial applications center on employee onboarding, third-party risk management, and model lifecycle governance.

Damian Stirrett, GVP and GM for UK and Ireland at ServiceNow, said:

“Enterprises talk about AI transformation, but few execute it at scale. Experian is different—more than adopting AI tools, they are redefining how a world-class global business operates at scale.”

Keith Little, President of Experian Software Solutions, said:

“As businesses look to scale AI, success will be defined not by the sophistication of the AI models alone, but by the strength of the trust in the infrastructure behind them.”

ServiceNow positions itself as the AI control tower for business reinvention, integrating with any cloud, model, or data source to orchestrate work across the enterprise.

Experian, a FTSE 100 company with operations in 33 countries and approximately 25,200 employees, leverages data, analytics, and platforms to support industries ranging from financial services and healthcare to automotive and insurance. The expanded partnership underscores a shared focus on responsible, governed AI that moves from concept to measurable operational impact.
