P2P Global Investments Successfully Raises £250 Million

P2P Global Investments plc has announced their C Share funding round was over-subscribed and is now closed. According to a company spokesperson, the issue raised gross proceeds of £250 million via the issue of 25 million C Shares, of which 24,098,657 C Shares will be issued under the Placing and 901,343 C Shares will be issued pursuant to the Intermediaries Offer.

Trading of the shares on the LSE is expected to take place on the 29th of January. P2P Global trades under the symbol “P2P“.

Once again Liberum acted as sponsor, broker and sole bookrunner for the offer.

The company announced the offer earlier this month. This follows a successful issuance in the Fall of 2014. P2P Global invests in diversified peer to peer lending assets.
