The Calgary Social Media Breakfast (SMBYYC) is pleased to announce the November Topic:

Crowdfunding for Businesses

With over 500 platforms that are geared towards different flavours of crowdfunding, how does a business owner decide which one to use? Chett Matchett, Innovation Consultant at ATB Financial, will give an overview of different rewards based crowdfunding platforms, and share some key ingredients to creating a successful campaign that has helped businesses raise an alternative form of funding, while building and engaging their community through digital marketing strategies.
