CrowdfundingVets.com Helps Veterans Find Funding

Our military heroes returning from battle have intelligence, dedication, perseverance and a spirit of independence. They have been trained to pay attention to details and to organize life into orderly patterns, even when life seems to have no order. All traits common to entrepreneurs. It is no surprise that more and more returning veterans are seeking to start their own businesses, rather than enter into the job market.

“Entrepreneurs have to have the fire of a wild mustang and the discipline of a race horse in order to succeed”, declares Robert Dobyns, a former U.S. Army Specialist, turned entrepreneur. “Many of your returning vets fit that description. They have a passion for their mission and can think quick on their feet. Great attributes for business owners!”

Dobyns should know. He is also a serial entrepreneur and owner of Conzortia Business Funding, Inc.

“At Conzortia”, Dobyns continues, “this Veterans Day, we are proud to celebrate the official launch of CrowdfundingVets.com – our online venue to assist our men & women in uniform in obtaining the funding which they need in order to accomplish their goals. It is a glorious day for all who have served in our armed forces, allowing millions to participate in assisting with the dreams of those who have so valiantly protected our freedoms.”

CrowdfundingVets.com allows veterans to list projects of all types, in order to fund their dreams and wishes.

“It’s all up to the crowd”, Dobyns continues. “If the vet needs a down payment for a home, they can list their project on the site and the “crowd” can decide whether or not they want to make a donation to assist with the wish. If they needs funds to start a donut shop – same thing – the crowd can donate to help them achieve their goals.”

‘It’s all donation-based, because equity-based offers are still not approved by the SEC”, Dobyns explains. “Crowdfunded stock offerings of this sort are still not legally available until next year. But, hey, who doesn’t want to help out our vets?”
