Real estate crowdfunding site Realty Mogul announced their go live today in an email to supporters. In a call to all fans they announced the launch of there anticipated niche crowdfunding platform which targets equity investments in real estate.
The note authored by CEO Jillienne Hellman asked all recipients to share with their friends the;
“marketplace for investors to pool money online and buy shares of pre-vetted investment properties.”
Realty Mogul has just returned from a successful trip to SXSW in Texas where they received the prestigious Hatch Pitch award – having competed with start up companies from around the world.
The crowdfunding platform for real estate investments offers passive investments for a minimum amount of $5000 tied to real estate where the investor does not have to suffer the details of toilets, tenants and trash. Currently the site only accepts accredited investors to participate in their equity offerings.
