WATCH: Witnesses Critical Of SEC’s Proposed Crowdfunding Rules

As reported on Crowdfund Insider, there was a pretty incredible hearing yesterday in front of the House Committee on Small Business Subcommittee on Investigations, Oversight and Regulations. Attendees included Jason Best, DJ Paul, Prof. Mercer Bullard and Daniel Gorfine.
