Online tool for designers, architects and manufacturers PaletteApp is looking for capital and they are crowdfunding on EarlyShares. The Chicago based company wants to revolutionize the way the industry has managed the business and they are looking to raise $750,000 in equity on the investment crowdfunding platform. The offering is for accredited investors only. The minimum to close is stated as $705,000 with $455,500 already being invested in the company via a parallel private placements under the same terms of the public offering. A list of existing investors and Venture Capital groups are available on the equity listing.
PaletteApp plans to use the investor funding to expand its online and mobile offerings and launch new products that will directly serve the needs of the different audiences that utilize the PaletteApp tool, including manufacturer representatives and design students.
