Fast Company editorial director Jill Bernstein will be holding a live Q&A today discussing how to “harness the power of the crowd to make something positive happen.” The session starts at noon EST.
The session features Charles Best, Founder and CEO of DonorsChoose.org (pictured, right). DonorsChoose has had an excellent week of press thanks to being named to the top ten of Fast Company‘s annual list of most innovative companies. DonorsChoose is a donation-based crowdfunding site that connects teachers directly with those willing to fund their efforts to provide for students.
Bernstein and Best will be joined by noted author, angel investor and startup advisor Tim Ferriss. Also joining them will be Alexis Ohanian, author and co-founder of Reddit.
