Crowdnetic has announced the official launch of CrowdWatch, a deal aggregator for offerings made possible by the JOBS Act. Pricing for the service is set at $129 per month with a 14-day free trial available.
Crowdnetic has also announced partnerships with EarlyShares and EquityNet. Deals from these two platforms will be shared through a CrowdWatch-powered portal on MarketWatch.com, a Dow Jones company. This is all part of a larger effort to centralize Rule 506(c) deals under one roof and within a searchable interface. Securities can be filtered based on sector, type, minimum investment, equity offered, legal status and more.
On top of the launch, Crowdnetic has also announced a $1.6 million seed round involving the Seraph Group and several private investors.
Luan Cox told VentureBeat “The reason why this deal is so significant is that it illustrates the strong interest from the investment community in funding the infrastructure to support rising crowdfinance asset classes such as peer-to-peer lending and securities-based crowdfunding,”
