Artists, Designers, Cinematographers, musicians and anyone else that has great ideas. That is what the Washington, DC based creative collective “Beyond Our Years” is all about. Young creative friends in their early 20’s came upon an abandoned warehouse in DC and they have transformed the building into their very own creative hub. The space is a multi-purpose environment that provides design, audio, video and event space. A catalyst for cultivating local creative talent.
Beyond Our Years has made significant progress in achieving their dream. But now they are looking to raise additional funds to complete their object and they are crowdfunding on Kickstarter hoping to raise $50,000 to finish their task.
The team has grown from 5 founders to over 10 individuals today. They envision their project as a self sustaining artist collective that thrives outside of the traditional client services model.
