Taking place at the Center for Social Innovation in New York City, Sam Guzik, of Guzik & Associates, and Georgia Quinn, of Seyfarth Shaw, reviewed the various forms of crowdfunding including: Title II – private placements, Title III – retail crowdfunding and Title IV – reg A+.
