The Equity Crowdfunding Alliance of Canada has confirmed their conference dates as they take their message of investment crowdfunding on a cross country tour. The inaugural event held in Toronto last month experienced a standing room only crowd as interested investors, industry participants and potential crowdfunders gathered to learn about what is legal in Canada today – and expectations for the future of crowdfunding.
The conferences will provide participants with the opportunity to learn about the new form of finance from experienced venture capitalists, angels and industry leaders. The events are open to all interested individuals.
Investment crowdfunding has taken the world by storm as entrepreneurs and investors are both benefitting from the new and more efficient form of capital allocation.
The ECFA Canada is a non profit organization with the sole focus of promoting equity crowdfunding as a viable capital alternative in the Canadian markets.
