Other members of the team also wrote on the platform’s Facebook, “We are delighted to announce that Volpit is now authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Coupled with the fact we are the youngest platform to gain authorization, we are very proud and excited about the path ahead.”
According to the FCA, “Where this firm carries on regulated activities in the United Kingdom, it will be subject to regulation by the FCA. Where it carries on regulated activities in other EEA States, it may be subject to regulation by the FCA, a local EEA State regulator or both, depending on the activity undertaken.”
