Real Estate Forum magazine has named RealCrowd Co-Founder and CEO Adam Hooper among the “Top 50 Under 40” commercial real estate industry rising stars in the U.S. The magazine’s annual list is published in the October issue.
Adam Hooper, CCIM, is the only commercial real estate crowdfunding company executive named on the list. Founded in 2013, RealCrowd is an industry leader with its online funding marketplace for investment real estate and its syndication platform.
Real Estate Forum stated, “The rising stars of today’s industry have learned the ropes during a time of enormous technological change and economic upheaval and recovery. They have differing backgrounds and areas of expertise, but they share a certain energy, drive and optimistic enthusiasm about what lies ahead for commercial real estate.”
Having founded two national platforms for brokerage, consulting and joint venture equity investments, Adam has worked on more than $1 billion of real estate transactions with a wide spectrum of real estate professionals, operators, lenders, investors, developers and institutional clients.
Hooper is intensely passionate about evolving and modernizing the process of commercial real estate investment, a challenge that requires bridging the real estate, finance and technology worlds with a new generation of tools and services.
Hooper noted, “It’s an honor to be on Real Estate Forum’s list, but I must say I’m only there because of the incredible capacity of the RealCrowd team, which hails from real estate, finance, investor relations and technology. Our team and the RealCrowd platform are the future of commercial real estate investing. We’re helping the industry become more efficient and transparent, and bringing real estate investment opportunities to more people than ever before.”
