Grammy Award Winner Peter Frampton Partners With AxCents to Raise $1M on Crowdfunder For Self-Tuning Guitar System

Grammy Award and multi-platinum recording artist Peter Frampton has signed on as the Headliner for the AxCent Tuning Systems‘ equity crowdfunding initiative on Crowdfunder.

AxCent Tuning Systems has plans to raise $1 million so that it can roll out its patented self-tuning guitar system to the much broader musical instrument marketplace at an affordable price point so that guitarists of all levels can learn to play like the legends.

The company’s team declared:

“AxCent Tuning Systems was started to help musicians, guitarists in particular, spend more time playing their instruments and less time tuning them. While we have spent the better part of 20 years producing our “Performer”(TransPerformance) professional self tuning system, we are now looking to the future by making our technology available to a much larger potential customer base.

Sharing his thoughts about Frampton’s involvement, Mark Bitter, AxCent’s CEO stated:

Frampton has been a loyal customer of AxCent Tuning Systems and its predecessor company TransPerformance, producers of benchmark self tuning guitar systems.  The AxCent Performer self-tuning guitar system is the fastest, most accurate, feature rich system that allows players to actually change tunings while playing. Frampton has also agreed to help AxCent with their post cap raising efforts by agreeing to a five-year consulting agreement to help with product placement sales development. He announced:
