The UK Crowdfunding Association (UKCFA) held its annual general meeting this past week in London. During the meeting, eight directors were appointed while Julie Groves of Trillion Fund was unanimously re-electeed to a new term as Chair.

- Paul Massey, Crowdcube

- Karen Kerrigan, Seedrs
The UKCFA is a representative and advocacy group for the emerging industry of crowdfunding. The group acts as a unified voice towards the public, policy makers and businesses. The UKCFA has established a “Code of Practices” for members to follow.
The meeting was described as creating an opportunity for the association to provide members with an overview of the activities and achievements of the last year, while setting key targets and priorities for the year ahead.
