Brief: TradeGecko Acquires Leadership Talent from Redgate, TripAdvisor, and Google Following Series A Round

Fueled by $6.5M USD in Series A financing in April, TradeGecko, a cloud-based inventory and multichannel management platform for apparel and accessories, is leveraging its resources to become one of the fastest growing startups in Singapore.

TradeGeckoSince this spring, TradeGecko has increased its headcount by 25% and added three key additions to the leadership team:

  • VP of Sales: Angus Chudleigh was previously the APAC General Manager of Redgate Software, the premier SQL tool set used by 91% of Fortune 100 companies. Prior to setting up and heading the Singapore office, Angus led and grew Redgate sales teams across the United Kingdom and California.
  • Director of Customer Support & Success: Sareena Baldhiraj brings over 15 years of customer service leadership, including building and developing global 24/7 support organizations, for companies like TripAdvisor and Blackberry.
  • Director of Outbound Sales: William Gilchrist has an extensive sales history across Asia and North America. He recently served as Google’s Knowledge Regional Lead for Asia Pacific where he designed and developed one of their key global internal sales training and development initiatives.

Already integrated with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, Bigcommerce, ShipStation, QuickBooks, Xero, and more, TradeGecko will soon be launching an integration with SalesForce to enable interconnectivity between inventory and that CRM solution.
