Brief: Indiegogo-Success Projects to be Showcased at Target’s San Francisco Open House Store

This week, crowdfunding platform Indiegogo announced that high-profile retailer Target has decided to showcase some of its projects at its San Francisco Open House store.

David MandelbrotAccording to Engadget, select devices from Indiegogo are set to show up in the retailer’s connected-home experiment. Indiegogo COO, David Mandelbrot, stated:

“We both have the same intentions to enable individuals entrepreneurs to have an easier path to get their products into the hands of users.”

The crowdfunding products available are all currently in production now and were presented to Target by Indiegogo. These projects are the Nanoleaf light bulbs, Butterfly wireless camera and Oomi smarthome system. The retailer will have the final say of what would be in-store.
