Money360 Continues Corporate Growth: Announces Additions of General Counsel and Loan Development Team

Money360, a commercial real estate online marketplace lending platform, announced this week that it has appointed Alexander Vellandi as its general counsel, John Gaz as director of asset management, David Fay as underwriter, Mira Johnson as loan processor, and Cameron Hall as loan analyst.

money360The company revealed that Vellandi will be responsible for all legal aspects of Money360’s corporate and business operations. Prior to Money360, he served as in-house legal counsel for Sabal Financial Group, L.P., where he advised on corporate, lending and due diligence matters. He has also held positions at Triple Net Properties, LLC; Allen, Matkins, Leck, Gamble & Mallory, LLP; and Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton, LLP.

The company also shared that Gaz brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate loan asset management and underwriting experience to his role as director of asset management. Prior to joining Money360, He served as managing director at Gaz & Associates, his commercial real estate consultation firm with specialization in loan due diligence and analysis.

In regards to Fay, Johnson and Hall, the company noted that the appointments will further strengthen its back office operations. Fay experience in underwriting and loan origination, Johnson has 20 years of experience in commercial loan processing, and Hall brings more than a decade of commercial real estate expertise to his loan analyst role.
