Crowdfunder Appoints Steven McClurg As New President & COO

On Thursday, equity crowdfunding platform Crowdfunder announced that it has appointed Steven McClurg as its new president and chief operating officer.

crowdfunderPrior to joining Crowdfunder, McClurg served as managing director at global investment and advisory firm, Guggenheim Partners. He was responsible for various areas of the investment management practice, including portfolio management and construction, overseeing private equity investments. He also held various positions at Electronic Arts and Youbet.com including roles in strategic planning and financial analysis.

In his role at Crowdfunder, McClurg will oversee all of the day-to-day operations of the investment platform. He will also be responsible for growing the VC Index Fund and greater investment practice.
