Brief: Fundrise Launches Three New eREITs

fundrise-ereitsFundrise has officially added three new eREITs to their plaforms offerings: West Coast eREIT, Heartland eREIT and East Coast eREIT.  These three new funds will compliment the current two offerings the Growth eREIT and Income eREIT.

The three new geographically targeted real estate funds are labeled as both income and growth. Dividends are expected to be paid quarterly.

Fundrise has been working on these new eREITs for many months now and the announcement was not unexpected. The real estate investment platform was the first to leverage Regulation A+, updated under Title IV of the JOBS Act, to create these real estate funds and enable non-accredited investors access to online real esate investment opportunities.  Investor minimums are expected to start at $1000. Typically, Fundrise will email individuals registered with their marketplace when the eREITs open for investment.
