Campagna Motors, a Canada-based trike company, announced on Wednesday the launch of its Reg CF offering on crowdfunding portal, StartEngine. The company is currently seeking up to $1 million in funding as it prepares to expand across the U.S.
Since 1988, Campagna Motors has continuously developed and produced three-wheeled performance vehicles. The company currently has more than 2,000 vehicles on the road (150 built per year), and its Campagna T-REX, along with Campagna V13R models are currently available to purchase from authorized dealers in both Canada and U.S. It was revealed:

Campagna also explained that its agreement with automobile giant BMW it has implemented a function to electronically control the torque delivery of the year. This gives the drive the ability to adjust “the behavior” of the T-REX and fits according to their riding style as well as road conditions.
Sharing details about the company’s StartEngine offering, Campagna Motor’s CEO, André Morissette, stated:
“Campagna is an innovative vehicle manufacturer that has been the reference in the trike market for the last 20 year and wants to expand and grow in the USA. We chose the Title III route because it provided us with the possibility of engaging our large fan base to become investors and partners in the business, while allowing us to aim at raising the required capital in conditions that are interesting for both the investor and Campagna to realize our vision.”
Campagna Motor’s offering is currently online and will run until February.
