New York-based fintech startup StackSource launched its real estate loan marketplace product during the 2017 LendIt conference, as part of the PitchIt @ LendIt competition. The company revealed:
“StackSource’s new marketplace product lets commercial real estate owners and developers easily connect with bank and non-bank lenders. The platform guides users through the process of building a digital loan request, and automatically connects them with matching lenders through StackSource’s proprietary lender database.”
As part of the marketplace product debut, StackSource also announced its existing software program, StackSource Professional, has surpassed its $1 billion milestone of loan offers tracked for commercial property owners. The software helps streamline the commercial real estate loan process without matching deals to outside lenders. It is available to institutional property owners and commercial mortgage brokers for a monthly subscription fee.
