Brief: FundedByMe Sees Record Number of Investments

FundedByMe, says they have broken their internal record for the most number of investments on the platform. The Sweden-based crowdfunding platform said it had launched 12 new campaigns in the past 10 days driving investor interest. FundedByMe did not disclose details on the activity but said the previous internal record was from back in December 2016 when Uniti listed to raise growth capital.

“Over the past year we’ve been steadily growing the mindset of the crowd investor and today I am proud to see the effect that such a diverse collection of companies have on FundedByMe,” says Alina Lundqvist, Head of Business Development at FundedByMe.

FundedByMe said investor interest was mainly driven by the following three campaigns:

  • Bzzt Stockholm –  Small, electric-powered taxi pods that take you quickly to where you want to go.
  • Sonician – Developers of software labled Otto, an online Marketing Automation & Bulk-CRM Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that helps Business-to-Business companies with complex products to simply increase sales on-line and off-line.
  • Droshi  – the biggest drop shipping service in Northern Europe. A cloud-based platform, Droshi manages every step in the relations between the retailer and the supplier. Droshi expects high growth and expansion in Europe and invites you to become a part of their amazing journey.

Daniel Daboczy, CEO and co-founder of FundedByMe, said the traction being experienced by FundedByMe was incredible;

“…we have launched twelve new crowdfunding campaigns over the past ten days and FundedByMe is the premier destination for growing companies that are in search of funding, fans and marketing exposure!”
