Following the successful Initial Coin Offering (ICO) of Credo Tokens, BItbounce is announcing that Tim Draper, a prominent VC active in the crypto space, has joined their Board of Advisors.
Draper was an early backer of Bitbounce, investing in the Credo ICO this past summer. The timing of the ICO was hampered with the Securities and Exchange Commission revealed its intent to regulate ICOs that were deemed securities. Draper came to Bitbounce’s defense with a public letter explaining why Credo was not security but a Utility Token.
Stewart Dennis, Bitbounce founder, shared the news of Draper’s increasing involvement, stating:
I am excited to announce some huge news: legendary investor Tim Draper has joined our Board of Advisors. Tim is the #1 VC in the crypto space and in general, and this elevation of our working relationship will be a tremendous boon to the company, users, and Credo owners.
Tim has made critical contributions since our founding including via investment, coming up with business and game changing ideas such as the original concept for BitBounce, purchasing Credos, and much more. I expect his contributions to continue to be invaluable.
Tim and I met earlier and discussed a number of ideas that have immense potential. I expect to roll these out over the coming months and year. Please stay tuned because, I can assure you, we’re only just getting started.
