Small Change, a real estate crowdfunding platform, was recently recognized in a write up in US News and Weekly report. The online investment site was included along with a short list of other prominent names in the world of real estate investing. What was unique is the fact it was the only Reg CF crowdfunding platform included.
Small Change is a FINRA regulated “funding portal” that allows non-accredited investors access to deals which are typically reserved for accredited investors. Most other sites do not go through the hassle of dealing with the exemption which has certain shortcomings but Small Change is on a mission to allow access to all investors.
Small Change is a Pittsburgh-based real estate crowdfunding site dedicated to building better cities. The report states that it’s “crowdfunding investing for [the] socially conscious” – not a bad thing.
Small Change has listed projects for developers in cities such as Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Baltimore, New Orleans, Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington DC.
