Festicket, one of the world’s largest marketplaces for music festival experiences which is backed by Edge Investments, Beringea and Channel 4 and with over 1M customers to date, allows customers to discover, plan and book their festival experiences in one place. Last month Festicket initiated its Crowdcube campaign, seeking to raise £4M for 9.32% equity. The campaign has currently surpassed this initial goal and is overfunding, having raised more than £4,o 39,160 from more than 1108 investors. Funds from the campaign will be used to continue the growth and development of the Festicket platform.

Having reached the minimum amount, we’re now ‘overfunding’. This means we’re taking on additional investment on exactly the same terms as the investment so far. Any additional capital we raise will allow us to accelerate our growth.”
Founded in 2012 by Zack Sabban and Jonathan Younes, Festicket aims to provide live music fans with a unique, hassle-free, and money-saving service to discover and book ticket/packages for their next festival trips. Pre-money valued at £38,906,047, Festicket posted 480% GMV CAGR since 2015 with €56mn GMV in 2018. Prior to ints Crowdcube raise, the company raised £16.8M from Beringea, Edge, Channel4, InMotion & Lepe.
To recap, Festicket works closely with its festival partners and suppliers, to package festival tickets, accommodation, travel, and add-ons to ensure that festival-goers’ next live music experience is as simple and pleasant as possible. Festicket also noted that the platform has quickly grown to be “the world’s largest music festival platform” with over 1,200+ music festivals on offer, Wireless & Tomorrowland, and a growing community of more than 2.5 million festival-goers.
