Furniture Brand Hayche Seeks £125,000 on Seedrs at £2 Million Valuation

UK based furniture brand Hayche has launched an equity crowdfunding campaign on Seedrs seeking a minimum raise of £125,009 on a pre-money valuation £2,001,015. Hayche is offering a 5.88% equity stake in their company and, as of today, the company has received the backing of 37 investors for a total of £70,366.

The securities offering is eligible for the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS).

Founded in 2014 by Alejandro Villarreal, Hayche wants to “consolidate its presence in the UK market and start expanding into Europe.” The capital raised will also help Hayche expand its product line into lighting, produce more stock, and help with logistics, and digital marketing.

Hayche is a higher end furniture producer and crafts its products to order on an 8-10 week lead time, with a selection of their best sellers in stock at all times.

Hayche expects to sell 1,800 units in 2019 with that number predicted to increase to more than 16,000 units per year by 2024.

Hayche has received several prominent awards for its work including the Elle Decoration British Design Awards 2016.

Their furniture may be found in posh locations such as the Ritz and the Four Seasons.

Paul Tanner, Hayche’s Managing Director, says they have great existing and proven designs and sketchbooks full of new ideas that they want to bring to market. Prototypes are underway and ready to go if the offering raises sufficient capital.

Hayche recently opened its first retail location in Clerkenwell, London’s design district.
