tZero Mobile Wallet App Now Available on Android

The tZERO mobile wallet App is now available on Android. Previously, the app was only available on iOS which is highly rated in the Apple App Store.

tZero is the blockchain-focused subsidiary of Overstock (NASDAQ:OSTK). The mobile app allows investors to participate in the “global cryptocurrency market”. Users may buy/hold/sell digital currencies directly on their phone which the company pitches as more secure than parking crypto in an exchange.

Initially, the tZERO Crypto App will support bitcoin and ethereum, but the company says it will introduce additional digital assets in the future.

tZERO CEO Saum Noursalehi said, they are excited to bring their platform to Android users, which they believe will significantly expand our user-base.

“The accessibility of the tZERO Crypto App is critical in our plan to provide an intuitive trading experience for all digital assets.”

One of the touted features of the app is the degree of security. tZero incorporates “biometric authentication” while providing a unique private key recovery system to restore their funds and cryptocurrencies in the event that they lose their private keys or mobile phone.
