The campaign has attracted more than 220 Crowdcube investors. Founded in 2013, Saberr build software to help managers get their teams performing at the top of their “game.”

“Saberr was founded in 2013 after Alistair Shepherd studied startup team failure at Harvard. Surprisingly, 65% of failures were attributed to team dynamics. This was the inspiration behind Saberr, a company to help teams work well together.”

The company has two products, which are the following:

  • CoachBot: Flexible and scalable digital coach for managers and teams Saberr
  • Base: A culture profile to strengthen team relationships, hire and onboard better

Saberr claims that its early clients included Thomson Reuters and Deloitte. Current clients are Natwest, KPMG, Siemens.

“We believe that while many companies want to recruit well, more want to improve existing teams. With business moving to remote and agile work and learning budgets shifting online, we saw a gap for a digital, bite-sized coaching tool and in 2017 CoachBot was born.”

To date, customers have reported:

  • 22% performance increase
  • 43% improvement in psychological safety
  • 12% increase in employee engagement within 6 months

Funds from the Crowdcube round will be used to continue the growth and development of Saberr’s software. The company is currently offering 7.98% in equity at a £4.2 million pre-money valuation through the campaign, which is set to close later this evening.
