Equisafe, a digital asset solution and tokenization platform based in France, has been selected by Koytcha Immo based in Reunion. The collaboration was conducted with the assistance of Tezos Réunion, the Indian Ocean branch of the Tezos project.
Koytcha Conseil is a wealth management firm that seeks to provide strategies best suited for investors looking to boost their wealth. Koytcha Immo is a subsidiary in charge of rental management and real estate transactions for residential and professional purposes.
Koytcha Immo believes that by using Equisafe’s blockchain technology solution it is meeting its need to digitize back and middle office processes in order to provide a new experience for its clients through a superior interface. Equisafe states that in addition to being a time-saver, this digitalization will improve real estate investment during the COVID-19 crisis.
Equisafe adds that unlike traditional databases, the automation and decentralization offered by blockchain makes every action visible and traceable for easy reporting. Maintaining the registers on blockchain ensures verifiable and secure transactions.
Bilal El Alamy, President of Equisafe, said they are delighted to support Koytcha Immo in the management of their real estate activities on Reunion Island.
“Because of our needs for growth and the digitalization of our activities, Equisafe seemed to us to be the right solution to meet all of our requirements in terms of liability management. This is a significant step forward for us,” said Radj Koytcha, CEO of the Koytcha Group.
Launched in 2019, Equisafe completed the first real estate sale via blockchain in Europe.
