CRX Markets has joined the Association of German Lending Platforms (VdK) a first for a Fintech in the working capital sector.
VdK is a new association for the online lending industry with many new members since the beginning of the year. CRX Markets is now joining as an Associate Member. The Munich-based Fintech has been operating a digital marketplace since 2012, on which companies can finance liabilities and receivables via institutional investors.
Frank H. Lutz, CEO of CRX, stated:
“The CRX marketplace is becoming more and more relevant with its solutions in the area of receivables and payables finance. We count many renowned international companies among our customers. Thanks to over 30 active financing partners on the platform, our customers have a large liquidity pool at their disposal. As our business continues to expand, it is important to have an interest group that is familiar with the niche topic of working capital financing. We look forward to working with the Association of German Credit Platforms. “
The managing director of the VdK, Constantin Fabricius, added:
“CRX Markets is our first member to offer factoring on a digital marketplace. And it is precisely such innovative solutions that we in the association want to support and make more visible. So I’m really looking forward to working with you. “
In 2019, more than 30 investors financed €2.5 billion via the platform.
