Gemini Trust Company, LLC (Gemini), a cryptocurrency exchange and custodian, announced on Wednesday it is now supporting the Euro (EUR) for deposits and trading on its platform.
According to Gemini, the platform’s users may now purchase all available cryptos with EUR on mobile app and web using a debit card or with a EUR deposit from your bank via SWIFT wire or SEPA transfer. Along with the support, Gemini has launched ActiveTrade with order books for the following trading pairs:

Founded in 2014, Gemini describes itself as a next-generation cryptocurrency and custodian that allows customers to buy, sell, and store digital assets such as bitcoin and ether.

The EUR Support comes just a little over a month after Gemini announced its launch in the UK and was offering services in pound sterling (GBP). Tyler Winklevoss, Gemini CEO, spoke about the launch by stating:
