Pranos.ai, a Y Combinator alumni, aims to raise $600,000 via Wefunder, a leading funding portal in the Reg CF offering sector.
Pranos.ai is focused on converting car windows into “high-definition displays.”
David Valverde, Founder & CEO at Pranos and Founder of Community for Global Innovation ( Non-profit) stated:

The Pranos.ai team explains that their digital screens “allow your vehicle to interact with its environment and your network.” They also mentioned that their pioneering technology is “designed to switch your window into a high-definition display so that you can deliver content outdoors on the fly.”
Pranos.ai says its mission is to empower its clients with the “uncensored freedom of self-expression outdoors enabling consumers to amplify their voice and allowing businesses to monetize their brand.”
The company’s vision is to “unite the people of the world by establishing a decentralized network of outdoor digital displays that are dynamic, interconnected, easy to use, and affordable.” They added that “at scale, our system will be the primary conduit for content distribution and emergency communication outdoors.”
The minimum investment amount in the initiative is $100. $64,010 has been raised so far out of the funding goal at the time of writing.
As noted in the Investment Terms section, there’s a $9 million valuation cap / convertible note / investor perks: $250, $500, $1500, $50,000, $100,000.
