ZA International reveals that it has entered an agreement with BC Technology Group, which is the parent firm of OSL Digital Securities, a Securities and Futures Commission (SFC)-licensed digital asset service provider.
Through the partnership, OSL should become the exclusive digital asset trading partner to ZA International. This will allow ZA to offer services related to digital assets to clients.
ZA’s management noted that the OSL platform uses a modular interface, allowing global traders and accredited/professional investors to trade under a protection mechanism.
OSL will also be leveraging ZA International’s innovative technologies in key areas like facial recognition and machine learning in order to improve the user experience (UX) of its trading platform.
Wayne Xu, President of ZA International and CEO of ZA Insure, stated:
“ZA International aspires to be a first mover in the digital asset market, thereby offering an inspiration to the local financial services sector and even the broader fintech space. We are honoured to partner with OSL to expand Asia’s digital asset ecosystem. To gain insights from industry updates and trends, it is critical for us to partner with a licensed trading platform which is safe and reliable.”
Hugh Madden, Group CEO of BC Group, remarked:
“Our institutional grade security, transparency and client protection under the SFC’s innovative framework are helping even the most heavily regulated financial institutions and investors enter the digital asset economy. We look forward to working with our partner ZA International, and providing the first regulated digital asset trading experience as they enter this space.”
As covered in June 2021, ZA International introduced an integrated financial brand, called ZA One, which provides the IPOGo service, allowing people to take advantage of lucrative investment opportunities in initial public offerings (IPOs) space.
IPOGo mainly focuses on capturing the significant growth of IPOs of Hong Kong-listed stocks, with a dedicated professional team offering an “all-in-one” or comprehensive service including stock selection, subscription, and selling.
The investment team conducts research and uses a quantitative model to identify high-potential new stocks and then sells them at the right time after listing.
