Arroweye Solutions, which claims to be the only provider of “just-in-time” payment cards, production, and fulfillment, has appointed payments professional Dan Oswald as its Chief Executive Officer (effective immediately).
Oswald has worked in several senior management roles across different sectors during his extensive 35 years in the industry. He’s an expert in promoting growth and operational efficiency.

Oswald reportedly has extensive experience across the payments value chain, which includes credit and debit card issuing services; merchant acquiring services; high volume statement, letter and card personalization services; and treasury related payment services.
His established track record in the payments sector is supported by several key accomplishments in product innovation, operational and organization leadership, and business development.
Oswald’s expertise has been acquired while he worked at First Data, now known as Fiserv (NASDAQ: FISV) and Deluxe (NYSE: DLX), where he worked in senior leadership positions within these institutions.
