Brickken Partners with Veritas, Digital Gold Capital, Hillstone Finance to Expand Digital Securities Operation

Brickken has partnered with Hillstone Finance, Veritas, and Digital Gold Capital to expand its network to three new countries, according to a company release.

Brikken is a company that was founded in Spain in 2020 that aims to leverage blockchain technology to tokenize or turn assets into digital securities. According to its website, Brickken allows institutional investors to issue securities tokens, and manage the offerings as well as investors.

Hillstone, a South Korean firm,  aims to become a global investment platform. Veritas is a family office/VC fund that also is a consultancy. Based in Spain as well, Digital Gold seeks to invest in digital assets that “promote real-world solutions.”

The group’s commitment is said to include an investment in Brikken’s native BKN token.

Brickken believed that the partnership will unlock the potential of decentralizing company ownership through tokenized equity and asset management.

Brickken states that its new whitepaper sets the stage for its dApp launch planned for September 2022 to onboard new clients on a wide scale.

Edwin Mata, CEO & co-founder of Brickken, stated:

“We are incredibly proud to partner with Hillstone Finance, Veritas, and Digital Gold Capital. Our new partners are displaying an early interest in the future of decentralized corporate management and our position to be leaders in the new Web3 economy.”
