The PensionBee Impact Plan has been created in collaboration with BlackRock, specifically in response to PensionBee customer feedback.
This is an innovative new product which delivers active impact investing “to mainstream investors; through the PensionBee Impact Plan savers are able to invest in companies whose goods and services are addressing the world’s great social and environmental problems and providing solutions to society and the planet.”
The pension provider is “seeking a collective £50 million in seed commitments from existing customers before it can launch the fund to the wider public.”
As reported recently, PensionBee, is pleased to announce that it has “achieved Assets under Administration of over £3 billion in November 2022.”
This important financial milestone has “been delivered despite the macroeconomic volatility, and has been driven by a combination of high customer retention and strong net inflows.”
Romi Savova, CEO of PensionBee, commented:
“The ongoing growth in our Assets under Administration results from our commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and helping more people prepare for a happy retirement. We are growing the business in line with our ambitions while helping to meet the country’s ever greater need for long term retirement planning and preparedness.”
As covered last year, UK’s online pension provider, PensionBee partnered with specialist communication charity, Speakers Trust, in order “to help unlock greater confidence in the workplace when public speaking, by utilizing essential communication techniques.”
The two organizations have “collaborated on a series of interactive workshops to encourage PensionBee’s employees to come together and share their experiences of public speaking, while developing their skills, confidence and sense of agency.”
PensionBee tailored each session “to accommodate varying confidence levels to help nurture its employees’ personal growth.”
Members of PensionBee’s team also “shared their own learnings and advice from public experiences.”
PensionBee’s Chief Marketing Officer, Jasper Martens, discussed “how to build confidence when English is your second language and PensionBee’s CEO, Romi Savova, led a ‘masterclass session’.”
Priyal Kanabar, Senior Engagement Manager at PensionBee commented:
“At PensionBee, we’re committed to driving positive change wherever we can. Each person has an important perspective to share, whether they are our colleagues at PensionBee, schoolchildren in our local community, or UK savers, whose voices have been ignored in the pensions industry for too long. For many people across the UK, speaking in front of an audience can seem an extremely daunting task, so we’re delighted to join forces with Speakers Trust to help our team continue to develop vital communication skills in the workplace and beyond.”
