Next week on June 6th, the House Committee on Agriculture will hold a hearing on digital assets.
The scheduled hearing is joined with the release of draft legislation for the digital asset ecosystem that was crafted by both the House Committee on Financial Services and the Agriculture Committee.
The Future of Digital Assets: Providing Clarity for Digital Asset Spot Markets” will be live-streamed on the Committee website. As of yet, no witnesses for the hearing have been announced.
The draft legislation, which covers both commodities, securities, and other types of digital assets, is available here.
The hearing is scheduled to commence at 10 AM ET.
