Insurtech: Donegal Insurance Group to Transition to Hi Marley Insurance Cloud

Hi Marley, creators of the only insurance-focused collaboration platform powered by SMS, is proud to announce its partnership with Donegal Insurance Group.

With its current partner shutting down on December 1, 2023, Donegal needed “an alternative SMS communication solution.”

After a competitive evaluation process, Donegal selected Hi Marley “as its new platform because of its insurance focus, ability to seamlessly integrate with Donegal’s claim system of record, Guidewire ClaimCenter and purpose-built features like Coaching capabilities.”

The Hi Marley Insurance Cloud will allow Donegal “to streamline communications, improve the claims experience and enhance customer service.”

Headquartered in Marietta, Pennsylvania, Donegal “offers property and casualty insurance in 23 states, distributed exclusively through a network of independent agents.”

The Hi Marley Insurance Cloud allows Donegal adjusters to communicate with insureds via text messaging, helping Donegal continue this commitment by “ensuring policyholders can reach their adjusters when and where they need them.”
